The Company's segments include Exploration and Production, Transportation and Logistics, and Refining, Petrochemicals and Biofuels. The Company's Exploration and Production segment includes exploration, development and production activities in Colombia and abroad. The Company's Transportation and Logistics segment includes the transportation of crude oil, motor fuels, fuel oil and other refined products, including diesel and biofuels. The Company's main crude oil pipeline systems' operating capacity is approximately 1.34 million barrels per day (BPD). What's interesting is the progression of decrees with respect to publication in the Registro Oficial as indicated on the Presidential web site. The various decrees are published in "Decretos" which is the 2nd item on the left-hand side of the page (https://www.presidencia.gov.ec/index.php).

Below is the direct link to the decrees. Click page "2" on the bottom right-hand side of the page to see their progression for publication in the Registro Oficial. It looks like the mining decrees 119, 120 and 121 are next in the queue.
