I appreciate your support conversation, only that I would make it more binding, such as his behavior and employment would be contractual, meaning that a performance contract would have to be established, and a resulting termination should he not comply.

either of 2 things just occurred,

1. you are a push over

2. he is that good a manipulator based upon one phone call (maybe that is how Curtis gets so wound up)


I can support all things positive, and all things that remain positive, not those on a phone call and/or for one day.
