Lets talk about free gifts!

Lets talk about free gifts!I still won't approve. it's the wrong method, and it sends the wrong signal to potential investors. How can you keep diluting and diluting and diluting. It's to easy to let the other stakeholders pay the price.

Anyway the impact will already be huge, with the current warrants being exercised and sold in the open market. Warrants by the way they got as a gift, they just paied for the shares. Lets talk about free gifts: If orifer and sprott had bought that amount of shares in the open market, they would never have gotten them that cheap, they already got their reward big time (min. 300 % +). But most of us were there from the beginning and stayed even in the darkest hours.

How can I possibly approve of a method that will reduce my investment by half, without getting any guarantees of any kind? AGAIN! Am I insane? Not yet!

No offense! GLTA
