Not only that, but the MACD has FINALLY CROSSED OVER to the upside...
It hasn't done that definitively since July 10th!!!!

Perhaps the story I heard about Hedge Funds and Institutions hitting their HIGH-Watermark has something to do with it (i.e. they aren't out to work the stocks as hard as they have been)

Of course, that's just a speculative side-note...
