Investors don't seem to understand that all this current dilution and the very high chance that PMI takes Medicago private means the upside has become severely limited from here.

PMI doesn't have to pay a huge premium - nobody else is going to bid for this company as they have share control. That means no competing offer to drive share price higher. No reason for speculators to drive the price higher in expectation of a competing bid...

It's been a great ride and I'm sure there's more to come...but - the chances are very high that investors aren't going to realize the massive upside potential we were hoping for.

Don't beat up on me - think about it. The Dundee report clearly spelled it out as well.
It's a fantastic story...and maybe a 10 bagger for those in under .20....maybe a double from here - which is nothing to sneeze at.

It's just irritating to see management diluting the shareholders - what do they care - I'm sure they have fat parachutes on a takeover.

ps. you're off base with the whole H1N1 relationship tot he share price.
