Overhang ?????

Overhang ?????Last info on holdings put Stormont at almost 34 MILLION and Brydon at 19 MILLION.
So why the focus on the "overhang" of 3 million shares and the purchase of those?. Granted there is a stated intent to sell but there could also be another intent to sell announcement for whatever # of shares Storemont or Brydon wish to dispose of. The problem of the "overhang" as I see it, is not the remaining # of share' s from the last filing, but the mindset of Storemont and Brydon. Do you think an arrangement to remove the 3 million overhang will end the issue?

Long and will stay so. This isn't going to be a short term exercise.
