Guys the point I was making here is if this inducement warrants issuance gets voted down in part 1 of the proxy then anyone who said yes to part 2 to acknowledge the terms of the proxy are also on record by proxy to vote "IN FAVOUR" of the resolution if a meeting of shareholder special meeting was called in December. 

Legally how does that work?  Does it mean that if I am not there at the meeting my vote is automatically cast as yes because it is on the proxy form as yes for part 2 "I confirm"?

Interesting manipulation from YNG if that is the case.
