"Did you guys note the November 10th document filed in Sedar.com?
Special shareholder meeting December 17th 2009 to be issued today November 16th. Location TBD." "
Guys the point I was making here is if this inducement warrants issuance gets voted down in part 1 of the proxy then anyone who said yes to part 2 to acknowledge the terms of the proxy are also on record by proxy to vote "IN FAVOUR" of the resolution if a meeting of shareholder special meeting was called in December.
Legally how does that work? Does it mean that if I am not there at the meeting my vote is automatically cast as yes because it is on the proxy form as yes for part 2 "I confirm"?
Interesting manipulation from YNG if that is the case.
