The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Europe SmallCap Dividend Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 95% of the funds total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is a fundamentally weighted index that is comprised of the small-capitalization segment of the European dividend-paying market. The fund is non-diversified.

Looks like a great play

Looks like a great playSurprised about the floundering share price, a lot of good things appear to be happening with this company:

-  developing a presence in Australia
-  great sales figures in Germany with a major project just signed
-  more sales expected in Germany as people rush to buy before the feed-in tariff drops a bit in 2010
-  excellent potential in Ontario with the new feed-in tarif
-  making new technological advances with new funding from the National Resource Council
-  transitioned to the Jabil factory to reduce costs

Also, if you look at the last few quarterly results, the tenor of the latest management discussion seemed more optimistic and confident in my view.

DFE is an absolute steal now...market cap is below cash on hand!
