No use stressing about it.  As owners of YNG shares you have to consider the two worse case scenarios in your decision making for proxyvote.

1. it gets voted down and the company folds.  you lose everything.
2. you vote either way and it goes through and you lose half of everything (for a short period of time until gold reaches its peek)

Your choice!

As for the proxy, let's let the OSC decide on the legality of the proxy.
