XRC has not move up on the recent surge in gold, silver & copper prices due to the fact that there was talk about a capital increase which finally was persued. XRC was not running out of cash. The managment could have used the overall very positive sentiment for gold, silver & copper and could have use some  more drilling result before doing the capital increase at a far higher price tag. I would have expected a capital increase at 8 to 10 C$ early next year supported by furhter drilling results from both Cerro Moro and Caspiche.
XRC was organising an investor (analyst) tour from 10 to 16 November to both Cerro Moro and Caspiche. Why have they done the capital increase before the analyst have provided their updated picture of XRC?
I find it peculiar that management has not provide a good reasoning for the timing of the capital increase.
