Difference between "A" & "B" sharesGreetings oilman 19. The principal difference between the "A" shares and the "B" shares is that the "B" shares are non-voting and the "A" shares have voting rights. You will probably understand that the "A" shares are tightly held by senior company officials, executives of the company and large shareholder with affiliation to these people. Both pay a dividend.
Hopes this helps. Perhaps someone else can add to this.
