Pasto Bueno Mill Update

Pasto Bueno Mill UpdateI am pleased to share with you Malaga is in the midst of converting to a new plant which will empower the Company to increase its daily production rate of 250 tons/day to 300-400 tons/day. Accomplishing this feat is another success for Malaga and its team of professional operaters at the Pasto Bueno mine, considering in December 2006, Pasto Bueno was producing at a rate of 50 tons/day.

On November 11 while testing the equipment, a motor from one of the crushers at the plant overheated. At this time the crew is repairing the motor and will inform us any day as to the restart. As soon as I receive the word, I will update our shareholders through this blog.

Late today good news came from Peru: I was informed to begin planning for an official news release regarding the new production increase. My expectation is the investment community may learn of Malaga attaining this significant milestone before the twelve days of Season's Greetings.
