I agree that 10 to the minus 5 is a high dose. It is 100uM but no matter how its written the single dose was 10uM so if its expressed as "10 to the minus 5" like in the quote of KayDay I made then they are just not writting down the __x 10 part

10uM = 10 to the minus 6 = 10 x 10 to the minus 5

Hope I got that right!
