 I don't know about the others, LongonZinc, but I appreciate your point of view. You are clearly more knowledgeable about business finance than I am, and whether I agree with you or not, if your comments contribute to getting at the truth about this company on this board, then that's got to be a good thing.
 I have to admit that after I read RBC's analysis of Mercator's Q3, I largely agreed with what they were saying. It casts doubt on Mercator's ability to perform, and it is up to management to answer those doubts, soon I hope. Meanwhile I give them the benefit of the doubt.

 As for the debt, one can only assume that they are working assiduously on the problem.
