Proxy VoteI'm not even back from holidays for a day and I come back to this debacle. I've done my part and submitted a compliant to the OSC. There is no way to vote against this measure without disqualifying yourself.
If you own shares haven't done so already I would urge you to do the same. There is strength in numbers - every complaint aids our cause.
For the record I voted no on both items.
