Analyst tour; finale redux..........Petey, you are right in the sense that it is only relevant from a historical point of view. I really don't know what could change, if anything, by viewing it. Perhaps it is best left in a dark closet collecting dust, and that no one ever views it.
But, as you will recall, the media/analyst tour set the circus-like tone, raised a huge "junior miner makes it big" awareness banner, and gave us the direction the company was going to take, back in the "glory days", when Matt and Justin rode in on their white Palomino's. "Here's what we have, here's where we are going". The media tour was THE Big Deal, set to turn Silver Valley and the whole mining establishment on it's head. Massives everywhere. Too much to be calculated. Even plate tectonic. Mining journalists everywhere, shouting the praises of Two Mile. By invitation only, of course.
Almost 6 months ago, that was the picture. Matt told his crowd at the tour, "This is just the beginning, you are in on the ground floor". I certainly felt good about it. I bought in huge.
Well, putting that aside, today's NR doesn't do much too instill anything close to that kind of confidence in the project. Low, if any reserves, unknown exploration costs, the drilling...more drilling, assays. Few NR's in between.
Maybe I just want to see the footage, cause' it might make me feel better. Maybe it will help me understand
why I did what I did? Forget Matt and Jon's issues...I'm an idiot.
So, yes, in the end, the tapes don't mean anything real. They're just a reminder of what once was...
...so shoot me. Oh...I'm already dead...thanks.
