BCSC - InvestRightWent to the BCSC website, and they redirected me to the InvestRight.org website to file a complaint. After some searches it referred me to download the Word format or the PDF format so that I can fill out the info and either mail, fax or hand it to them in person.

Obviously I'm against the dilution of shares for this company and frankly pissed off with how they are treating us shareholders. I'm going to sell all my shares tomorrow morning and see how this company is doing after this issue is over. It has raised a red flag for me on how they manage this company and how they issue a retarded proxy vote card to us shareholders.
Another reason why I have another red flag with this company is because of the apparent $40 Million lawsuit that they have with Golden Eagle in regards to the Jerritt Canyon Mill.

I was originally curious why today had such a big trading day when there was no reason for it and stumbled upon the above news release back in Nov 3rd about Golden Eagle and YNG, when I was trying to find out a reason why for the abnormal trading volume.
With both issues currently on the table, I am going to issue a "sell" recommendation, and will keep an eye on this company for the next few months, until there is sufficient reason why I should invest my money with them again. I have only been holding shares for YNG for less then two months, but I feel sorry for some of you who have been stuck with YNG for many years.
GLTA disinterested shareholders.
