Looks to me...that this stock is being artificially propped up.
Wait for those golden words, "We aren't looking for any capital at this time", and there will be a financing announced within the week.
IMHO, there certainly was not enough positive news after the financials to support the stock at this level... and I doubt that the next two quarters will be any better.
Most of the people I speak to, don't expect to see the Nat Gas Act in the House or Senate before March or early summer; so that means no likely Bill (if they pass one) until next fall; by then, where will Westport's stock be?
