TD Waterhouse says this dip is a Buying OpportunitThey compare this situation to that of Eldorado's Turkey mine shut down which was later allowed to restart.  Further the analyst believes that the shut down of the mining may last only for a couple of months, because the mine is in full compliance and that thjey have submitted a new EIS along with the appeal.
