Spin-out of Quebec projects ?

Spin-out of Quebec projects ?The most recent financial report stated that they were evaluating all of their Quebec exploration properties  in order to fully assess their potential and to make decisions as to their how to proceed with their development.

The intent is to maximize their value , as little of these projects are reflected in the current market cap.

MDN has 6 projects in Quebec , all of which seem to be very decent.
One approach that they may take is to spin these projects out to shareholders in the form of a new junior company .

This would maximize their  value , while giving shareholders a nice dividend that might be worth an additional
.20 or more.

Its hard to value juniors with grass-root projects , but with 6 projects some with drilling data,
.20 /share might not be all that unreasonable.
Insiders are buying, and this could be one of the reasons.
