if the city does not understand the potential of inwood (i see enormous potential in that property alone).

have a good look at the separation rapids project (situated immediately adjacent to the east of Avalon Ventures Ltd.’s Big Whopper property, one of the largest rare metal pegmatite deposits in the world.)

the inwood property:

National Instrument 43-101 Report from Watts, Griffis and McOuat

on the Inwood Property:

Measured Resource alone would be capable of sustaining a very substantial production facility of 80,000 tonnes of magnesium per year for about 30 years (subject to a positive feasibility study).

Fisher Branch Measured 28,819,000 tons 21.15% MgO (wt%) 30.91% CaO (wt%)

Fisher Branch Indicated 5,057,000 tons 21.40% MgO (wt%) 30.66% CaO (wt%)

Fisher Branch Inferred 131,236,000 tons 21.64% MgO (wt%) 30.51% CaO (wt%)

the pipestone lake project

Vanadium/Titanium/Iron

The Pipestone Lake property is located in north central Manitoba, approximately 150 km south of Thompson. At Pipestone Lake’s Areas 1 and 2, drilling to date has outlined a non-compliant NI 43-101 indicated resource of 156.8 million tonnes grading 5.56% TiO2, 28.11% Fe2O3 and 0.22% vanadium pentoxide (Reedman & Associates 1998). Additional infill drilling could significantly increase the resource.

et al

i would not sell at these prices, many great properties - with resources.
