RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: news

RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: newsWell for better or worse, we are witnessing the transformation of versatile.
There is several sub plots here, all valid but i am afraid none of us here know the end of the story.

1) Yes trader is correct, this is a huge dilution that on current financials it has the potential to kill the stock.

2) A point thats being missed, the same two directors that owned  10 million shares each, bought an additional  20 million shares each.        WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3) Each of this directors has now pumped $4 million of their own money out of pocket into Versatile,   WHY!!!!!!!!

4) These two directors now control  40%  of the company  (float)     WHY!!!!!!!

5) Who is calling the shots at VV,  is it still Hardy?  or the two directors that own 40% of it?

6)Versatile already had a good size line of credit and is close to break even, so why raise more cash???

7) Why did Versatile invest heavily on a closed end fund?

8) That closed end fund has a huge bet on Infinia that just happens to have game breaker  potential going forward

9) Is Versatile positioning itself to be a major supplier to Infinia with its Mobiquity suite of products???????

Versatile is no longer a play of the old 'VV' and its predictable set of financials  its now a new play based on the answers and outcomes of the above items.
I firmly believe the shots are being called by the two new guys and they are changing the companys direction.
They could fail us again as VV has done for a long time, but i have an inkling some exciting times are ahead of us.
I am trying to put a lot of pieces of the puzzle together here but i think we will eventually see some link between VV and Infinia and that could be huge!
