Yeah thats typicall of Pumpscod, first it was Bankers, then Wavefront and now Excite / Sterling energy. Thats how he works. He pumps what stock he owns, the comments mean nothing other then what is the flavor of the week.
When WEE annouces the big contract he'll come back on the wagon.
