Its Buchans-Mary March projects (65.75 square kilometers), which include a Glencore joint venture, are located within the past, producing VMS zinc-copper-silver rich Buchans Mining Camp and boast high-grade zinc and copper discoveries. The Buchans-Mary March Project is located in central Newfoundland, 20 km northeast of the same geological group that hosts the former producing Buchans Mine. RE: RE: RE: emailsOne thing of note Invesking. The initial decision of the Mineral Rights Board went against Canstar and the company appealed. As was its right. It then won, and Vineland has been appealing since, with Canstar filing cross-appeals. So, it's not just Vineland that has been prolonging this whole thing. I will agree though that it has taken too long. But like I said before, there are cases that have been in dispute for more than 20 years and are still being litigated. So, it's not that unusual. One thing people should know when they buy into a company that's mired in litigation is that it can take a very long time to resolve. That's why I've said before, ROX is a good company to buy on dips and sell on spikes, but right now it's not a long-term hold.
