Rodinia Minerals Inc. Announces Public Relations & Marketing Contract
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 24, 2009) - Rodinia Minerals Inc. ("Rodinia" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RM), is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, the Company has engaged the services of G*r*a*n*d*i*c*h Publications, LLC, to provide public and shareholder communications and marketing services.
G*r*a*n*d*i*c*h Publications, LLC provides corporate communications services to public and private companies in North America and specializes in the development and management of customized public relations and marketing programs. Mr. P*eter G*r*a*n*d*i*c*h, principal of Grandich Publications is a long-standing member of The New York Society of Security Analysts and The Society of Quantitative Analysts and is the chief commentator for A*g*o*r*a*com.com and the editor of The G*r*a*n*d*i*c*h Letter, first published in 1984.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Company is required to pay US$6,000 for the first 3 months of an initial 12 month agreement and US$2,000 per month thereafter, and grant 150,000 incentive stock options to G*r*a*n*d*ic*h Publications exercisable for
.43 shall expire on November 23, 2014, and are subject to a regulatory 4 month hold period. The agreement is subject to regulatory approval and all terms are subject to and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the TSX Venture Exchange.
In addition, the Company has granted an additional 100,000 stock options to a consultant of the Company subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals. The options shall be exercisable at
.43 and expire November 23, 2014, and are subject to a 4 month regulatory hold period.
