In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE: Peninsula Merchant GroupThis company has all the top management (and connections) in the industry.  It is a steal at these prices.  HOWEVER, the PP at 0.25 + full warrant is probably going to weight down the shares somewhat come mid Feb.  Those who bought, primarily institutions, will likely want to take some of their profits off the table and run with the rest.  I think late Feb early March will be a great time to buy (if everything comes together).  This play is more of a long term investment (3 yrs-4yrs), but will pay huge dividends if management pulls it off.
