The large institutional buyer, who is well acquainted with EC, will not commit until approval comes across. Why would they commit? Paying up 20 or 30 cents is nothing more than an option to them- wait until we get the go ahead, then act . When we get the go ahead there will be a huge expansion of volume, and a substantial move in price. The Aurelian story is well known, and EC's holdings at Rio Zarza, and it's similar geology, well documented in the institutional community. Unfortunately, our problems with litigation in Brazil (stemming from our JV partner) and the Ecuadorean government's one year mining halt have made institutional investors very cautious towards EC. We have not "fired on all cylinders". Yes, it is an extraordinary opportunity. But we have to have perspective of the broad market. Moving up or down a few cents on modest volume means nothing. The bigger "stuff" will only happen when we are clear to drill
