RE: RE: Weak!Hey Assouf, Raymond felt confident before buying in that the company would earn enough before the 1 year is up to easily pay this back in full before it is due although I beleive the 10 million in sales in the next 12 months seems a bit high unitl all 3 operations kick in more consistently - maybe 1/2 that amount may be more feasible to deal with all those thihngs that can 't be accounted for (weather /drought, etc) .
MPE Director Brad converted his $25,000 in convertibe debt to equity recently as he had no intention to buying this for the 15% interest rate he mentioned to me so $25,000 less that needs to be paid back at least but you are right if shares don't ahve the volume and a good upside price cushon on the .14+ range much of tis debt will have to be reapid whcih actually is a bonus for sharehiolders as it won't dlilute the shares further.
So 4 more weeks to go unitl tax loss selling season is up and then typically many small caps have a stronger Jan when sellers come back to reclaim thier shares pushing samll caps back up historicaly.

So far responsible for some of the new buyign through some of their conections like Leede Fianancial. But in the end results is what need to be shown on paper more than tlak so hopefully there will be more to show on paper in the near future. Got my fingers crossed and getting a free $78,000 governement grant doens't hurt either so doing something right to get this.
