I think of REES like thisThey are only as rare as their need. lithium is a good example. Everyone in the world knows the new batteries are lithium powered. it is considered a ree. Guess what ? It is found in abundance all over the world. there is a chilean mine that gets 60% of the worlds supply from the tailings of its copper mine.
When you consider a single mine in China is responsible for the maj. of ree production then the usage factor has got to be minimal.
The demand drives the price in the real world. the supply drives the price only in the minds of promoters.
Look no further than Moly. It was last years flavour of the month. this year it is Rees.
If people buy useless pieces of land that will never be developed then who am I to not gamble as to the length of time and price that people will pay .
I will be a purchaser come monday .
