RE: RE: Support of the mergerDoesn't a vote NO guarantee the "same old"?
We agree on that now, why don't we try another route. It is also not the same management, you need to maybe dig a little deeper or maybe make a phone call or two. Ont changed its board this year. Has it stayed on the same path as the past? Or is it now trying to move forward with new direction, leadership and shareholder base? You seem to have written everybody off without even bothering to read or understand the overall rationale behind the merger. As for the market giving a thumbs down I disagree, there is a lot of paper that needed to be cleared up from the warrants and they got a time restriction added via the merger. The option price escalated to 20 if not out of the way by December.
Honestly Scott if you vote no what do you think the investors that have purchased this stock will want to do with it. Wait for PG one day. Wait for another Kodiak to help you pump it up. Wait Wait Wait. yeah no thanks.
Mr. Cunningham will have the most to gain or lose over here and he can obviously see the light and a path forward.
At the end of the day you have to get the gold to market and the fastest path forward is the right choice. Plus nothing of the Premier deal goes away and the Newco will be a much stronger company capable of exploring the balance of the Roxmark properties on its own without requiring say another JV candidate.
You can say that you have 30% of the JV or you could look at it through another set of eyes and say if Roxmark had what it required back then it didn't have to give away 70%.and would have done this work on its own.
Go do your research on Guyana. Sheridan consolidated the camp there too and everyone on both sides of that merger have done phenomenal. it is going to production, thats the vision..
