Its properties include Cerro Las Minitas and Oro. The Cerro Las Minitas property is a silver- lead-zinc property, which is in the northeast of the city of Durango in Durango State, Mexico. The Oro property is a gold-silver-copper- lead-zinc property, which is in the southwest of the Silver City porphyry copper district.

1.5 million bucks is hardly a large underwriting. This company needs money to drill. When you buy any exploration stock that's a general understanding. You're betting on the company's projects on a hole-by-hole basis. Guys who have been in for a while were there for holes that missed. Guys who buy in now will be there for the next round of targets. They look good to me but exploration is risky. FWIW, I can't get into the financing...I called...and it is oversubscribed. So somebody must like it a lot!
