RE: Thanks Sectio, OX insider 30%+ owner RE: scudeScuderia common...

This is not money.

Warrants (avg. strike -
.20): 36,980,806
 Broker warrants (avg. strike –
.20): 3,572,022

This is not putting their money where their mouth is.  They didnt pay for these things yet.  They have the option to buy  the shares when this thing takes off.  Thats a no brainer.  Who wouldn't like that option? Even if I have no money I can to the bank and ask for a bridge loan so i can cash these things and dump them on the market or what is more likely to happen is convert them prior to a takout by OSK.  In any even they aren't risking what you risk and they are not putting their money where their mouths are.

If they were then they would either be exercising those .20cent  average strike price options today and properly fund OX so we wouldn't have needed any OSK deal in the first place.  That would be kinda stupid since the strike price is higher then the share price... but they could do that for us.  But they won't and I dont expect them too.
