carats/tonne

carats/tonneI would say that the Beluga 3 results are nowhere near the PDG results in terms of carots/tonne.  But what it does tell me is that this tract of land supports larger stones, which in itself  is a major turning point for Amaruk - now its a matter of finding one or more kimberlite(s) with the stones and carats.   I'm no expert, but IMHO I would guess the Beluga 3 sample supports maybe half a carat/ tonne, based on size of stones recovered.   Maybe someone else with more knowledge on the mm- to-Carats can offer a more precise view.
