It's all a play on words to me. What ever title they want to give themselves, they still work together and consult with each other. My guess is that "co-CEO" represents a transition and someone will be leaving in the not too distant future. Who is older? Who is in good health? Who has healthy family?

But Dr. Galer is President of pain group? i thought Beenthere was the president of the pain group?

And did anyone see that line that said, Dr. Galer would be overseeing the launch of Pennsaid in the FIRST HALF OF 2010? So that must mean that the launch of Pennsaid has been moved up. And the message is clear to me that Dr. Galer is involved in Pennsaid Plus with Covidien.

We just have to be patient and wait it out, but imo, the return will be worth it.
