RE: RE: Article of relevance

RE: RE: Article of relevanceI believe that Rick Rule may be buying today, if you believe those buys from Dundee at 26 cents are Rule's.

Obviously, Rick Rule has the power to invoke a shareholder's meeting to debate whether to dissolve the company. And, I suspect that such a motion might very well get a majority vote. That would bring in the 40 cents cash per share, as well as any value in the fixed assets. It seems to me that the fixed assets must be worth about 10 cents per share, given the location of the plant and the importance of having plants near sources of phosphate.

If the mining rights go through, Rick Rule will benefit. If the company is dissolved, Rick Rule will also make a nice profit. So, why is the share price going down? Well, just ask yourself why someone puts a "1" rating against my posts every time I suggest the stock is undervalued, and you'll have your answer. Guess what? This stock is being manipulated. Duh!
