The Silver City Project, a high-grade epithermal silver district in Saxony, Germany totaling over 340 square kilometers (km2). The Company also has an agreement to acquire the past-producing Mallay Silver Mine and Tres Cerros Exploration Project in Peru.

With diesel selling for under $2/gallon in Mexico, the cost of trucking ore is a small expense in the grand scheme of things. I suspect as long as they are still officially a "test mine" I would thinkt the mill will be on hold. I see no rush to build the mill as there are no operating or M&R costs in trucking the ore.

With the water issues addressed, I see no reason why EXN will not be very profitable right now. Quite frankly EXN seems extremely undervalued at 64 cents.
