Mine Permit
Mine PermitWe should be anticipating the mine permit very shortly being announced and one would anticipate a significant increase in volume. Additionally, we should be aware that this permit is the final piece of the puzzle which will permit another tier of investors to move into this project. Permitted pre-production mines with an operating budget and adequately funded treasury are excellent targets to invest in.
I think Jim Rockford's preliminary valuation is grounded in reality. Met Coal of this calorific value is very rare. The demand is high from other producers as well as major commodity traders such as Duferco. Once production is up and running the company can forward those contracts. After my discussions with management, it appears that they have already addressed this.
This feed up cash-flow reduces further reliance on increasing the share capital and permits more robust returns for current shareholders while allows capital to flow into the mine to increase production.
Congratulations on a job well done by IR and management!
