Undervalued and misunderstoodThis story is misunderstood and underestimated. The market looks at Bravo only as a Homestake Ridge play.
It is really a 3 pronged deal:
Homestake Ridge--looks great, certainly there is economic gold and silver there. Where it is, and how it is laid out suggest that it will make a good, economic mine, soon.
Across the valley--a kilometer away, there is a massive new zone that looks equal or even bigger than the Homestake Zones, but it hasn't been drilled. Bravo's got millions in the bank to do this, so no need for new dilution
Did any of you bashers even think that perhaps some very smart, well-heeled folks bought in and over subscribed the last financing for good reasons? Obviously, the new investors saw some pretty good value!
Finally, Bravada--Bravo gets no credit for these assets, but they are quite good, highly prospective to my way of thinking. Anyone who owns Bravo shares until December 31 will get 1 Bravada share for every 10 Bravo shares they own. That's a pretty good deal on those assets--like a free dividend.
People can moan all they want about management but I say let the rocks do the talking. They certainly are at Homestake and there's a strong chance the new zones will turn up something as well. You won't catch me selling and I am buying in cheap all December to get as many free Bravada shares as I can.
