RE: RE: Thoughts and HypothesesGlad to see I'm not the only one hip to Cashmachine's delusions... heheheh
#2 - PP's are standard for a developing bio company. They need cash to fund operations. No surprise.
True enough, however; the amount raised is insignificant in that regard... why not raise a MILLION if you are doing THAT MUCH RESEARCH?!?!?! This is strictly a basic-bills cash-grab... it has nothing to do with drug development...
#3 - Disagree. Big Pharmas are interested. Takes time to ink a deal, in the mean time, on with the pony show.
Sure, they want a distressed company JUST LIKE DENDREON which MILKEN and JIM CRAMER screwed a few years ago... (see Naked Capitalism website for the 15 part story on that sad tale...)
#4- Disagree. The next couple of NR's could propel the stock 600%. Bigmeetings are planned and interesting results will be released. NCI isno joke.
I wish that were possible, but standing back, WHO in their right mind would see that sort of gain from an NCI bump?
When the NCI recently agreed to prop up V.IMV (if I remember correctly) it accounted for a 10% bump in the SP...
It is doing better NOW, a couple weeks after the fact, however... but there you go... plenty of time to get back in POST-NEWS...
#5 - What has changed? Nothing. Longs will be rewarded.
I can't deny that... but how long are you talking about ??? 1 year?
I am unfortunately a terrible investor, but a reasonably decent trader (the opposite of Jim Rogers... I lean towards the Marc Faber camp)... so from my perspective, I have better odds of TIMING this stock as opposed to spending TIME IN this stock...
Three times, my gut has told me get out with profit, and I ignored it (for reasons I won't disseminate at this time)...
I just don't have enough captial available for such a venture... I have NOTHING against those with enough free cash to throw around... but I am a welfare-trader, in the end... and I have no shame in that...
One day, I'll have as much free investment cash as the rest of you...
But for now, I need to take care of my BASIC needs... not my wants...
