A cap on share price?? By what chapter and verse of law is there a cap on share price when parties are in litigation??! 

Does not seem feasible--

if allowed, it would then be in the antagonist party's interests to drag proceedings out and play on the outcome with insider knowledge. Probably illegal, but do-able. 

TNR has Lithium/REE properties, and numerous other Polymetallic holdings as well.

The entire enterprise should not be held in limbo pending settlement ? ? ? ! ! !

Never heard of such a thing?! If true, how long is this case expected to last?
