It depends upon how deep the resevoir is.

If the oil is 10m deep (which is over 30 ft which seems to me like quite a bit)

65 sq km = 65 million square meters

If 10m deep on average then

650 million cubic meters

Since 1 cubic meter = 6.3 barrels

1 barrel of oil = 6.3 cubic meters

Then a 65 square km resevoir, 10m deep would contain

= 4.1 billion barrels of oil
