From a good contact , in an orderly liquidation the value on the assets in question could be worth $2.40 is the price that could be realized in 2-3 years. So at $1.60 that would imply 50% upside profit that could be achieved for the buyers to buy this outright if taken private. 50% return in 2 years woudl be a great safer investment if the end result is basically just unlocking value. 3 years not quite as great , so at $1.60 I think that would be a good takeout offer for the buyers.
At $2.00 take put price and if assets worth $2.40 that implies only 20% upsdie in 2 years + . Not enough to chase after, so will think $1.60 is a good base range give or take a dime or so..
