RE: So Westport dropped...... another thought about this offering: The company is now under "black out", so it means (to me) that they have nothing down the pipe... if they had, they would have waited until after their own news release and subsequent run up in the stock price.
My best guess is, that they are hoping the entire 200 million dollar financing will be sold on speculation based on what may come out of the Copenhagen meeting... the more I think about this, the more I'm inclined to think they have nothing in the foreseeable future, including any further activity in the House or Senate regarding the Nat Gas Act(s). 
IMHO, the best seats in the house are the ones the short traders are sitting in now...
