Is the Increase in the PP Related To the Recent In

Is the increase in the private placement related to the recent surge in volume and price appreciation? Given that it was done at 7 cents will this drive the price back down to 7 cents until it is closed? Does anyone know when it will close? I would think that it is a good sign that it is able to raise money even if it does cause dilution. I wonder if it is starting to come alive?
