I think McRae and gang have learned from their past of endless promises and forecasts. That is why there is a dearth fo new info,pr etc. That and the employees are probably happy to be all getting their Christmas options at 40cents.
The plant was delayed for 2 months while the company was in cash save mode after the first suitor walked away. ( I am still dying to find out who it was and how sweet the original deal was, given the very acceptable deal that we got with ENDO after.)
The plant will be ready in 2010.
All the walls are up, (just in time for the snow dump this morning) and the lots are full with contractors. ( Window Report :o) )
