Iraq second round oil bids

Iraq second round oil bidsSecond round Iraq bids to set to start again.

All companies that operate in Kurdistan are banned from bidding.

That dark cloud still unresolved over the so called illegal contracts.

Election now delayed again set for March 7th 2010. 

The banned companies really does not effect to many majors just the Chinese National Oil Company and its Addax merger.
