RE: RE: RE: news soon?

Gwaud I dont see the 2 companies being rolled into one.  IMO.   I see grey crown being gold and IBI being uranium.
In a perfect world, Grey crown will go public and raise enough cash to drill the properties that were transferred from IBI,
and IBI will land a Joint venture to look for Uranium.  But that is likely wishful thinking.

How the land is split between the two companies is somewhat confusing.  IE:

subject to Busitema Mining earning an 80% interest on a farm-in. A Joint Venture

Agreement has been completed between IBI/ Canmin and Grey Crown/ Busitema

providing for the reversion of gold/ uranium interests on their respective lands, subject to

retention of a 20% carried interest.

As for my predictions,  I predicted news from 3 companies, and the other 2 came through, although not necessarily good news.
But in previous years if you predicted news once a month you were likely right as the news releases would come out a plenty, they are not so common now.

"As of late April/May 2007 the Company sponsored and invested in the formation of Grey

Crown Resources Limited, a new initially private company with a mandate to become a

significant integrated gold company focused initially in south-east Uganda".
