There's a lot more going on than management--if you look at the charts of GXS or WGF for the past year and a half next to that of SMI or SWR, you'll see the same pattern. R is a totally different situation--gold in the U.S. This is coal in Sask/Manitoba, and I think the market has been valuing the plays in that area in tandem.
