It doesn't take much update/meat to satisfy the lions and monkeys on this side of the bars. A question from a "D" student in english: How many possible "enties" are there besides private and public ? If the new discussions are with a private party, why call it a "non public entity" ? Is there an intended nuance or subtle variation here.....a curious way of saying "private", or just my failure to understand plain english ? After all, I am 80 and bordering on senility ....or earthly departure.... whichever comes first. If it is with a private party, could that mean the discussions are simply to raise money to develope the last third of the property ourselves ? Now, be patient with the old man of the board.
