I am surprised that the Bell center or Place-Ville Marie were not officialised, they were the first to test the filters almos a year ago. Maybe it did not go well for them.
I am surprised also that there were no mention of the new mask manufacturing facility in Europe.
Did they speak about trains ?
So why were they so impatient about having people attending that AGM if they were going to say next to nothing.
For me this is a big case of 'Hurry up and wait'
